AbovNet - Not really the best business model..

Here is the reference to the Cook Report that discusses some disadvantages using standard peering agreements. It appears to me that any initial advantage from peering agreements may become moot when (1) bandwidth increases and cost decreases and (2) when peering with a web farm causes asymmetrical traffic loads (as summarized in the Cook report cookreport.com.

I guess it is just another reason why AbovNet should not receive that hefty 34x's sales valuation.
