On Ebay, you see the em addresses of people who bid, I think. It could be a done deal.

Many people here thought Mark Barton was ridiculous for trying to get 500k for a kidney. I guess if the right rich and desperate person had read his post, a deal would have been made, illegal or not. They could have flown to where it was legal and had it done.
