Hi Dreamweaver:

The company which was promised a seat on the
board is NXLK in exchange for its 10% stake in SPDE.
This is why Shant needed to tighten his control
of the board by evicting Bossard (also interesting that
he did not renominate Bacon, who is the new Internet
strategy guru hired by Shant in June, and who had been
on the BOD for 2 months). Now Shant can count on
3 ironclad votes on the board (his vote, his dad's,
and Madame Petrossian) with only Rinaldo as potential
defector. When the NXLK director is appointed, he/she
will not be able to form a working majority on the board.

I do not recommend at all your strategy for making
money on SPDE, since we all know the final resting
place is $0. Going long at $4, you always run the risk
of some big headline saying the SEC has just raided
SPDE. On the other hand, shorting around $8 is one
of the safest plays in the market. As soon as the
quarterly earnings release comes out, all longs run for
the exits, and SPDE settles back down in a flash.
Shant cannot hide the fact his company has essentially
no customer base.

The next spike I am looking for is when the FCC
approves the 150MHz spectrum to NXLK. I trust
Shant will find a way of writing this up as a
phenomenal investment opportunity.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
