KIS, Glenn, etc., The convertible piece is dated 8/20. This alarmed some people on the RagingBull boards a couple weeks back. I didn't think it was a big deal then. AMZN's bonds weren't downgraded, they were removed from a model portfolio. RE: the "overvalued" part. Does anyone have an old copy of Jon Cohen's ML reports on AMZN. The language reminds me of his.
