I have heard that Intel has better transistors. I don't know what that means. Maybe the layout is in such an arrangement that they are more efficient or maybe better implant profile. Given this advantage, Intel can get same performance or better with more "nature" process, as you have repetitively stated, to achieve higher yields.

Another advantage Intel enjoys is it sets the standard. AMD has to wait and see what Intel is up to before the next move. Intel can turn the corner and make whatever AMD have done into non-working piece of silicon.
