The honcho in the Clinton camp in charge of Y2K compliance tells us every thing is hunky-dory. Gee!!Why don't I believe such credible people as the Clintons??? At 20-30 degrees without proper protection, the weaker ones,i.e. elderly, will suffer hypothermia very quickly. If we have elderly people in our families, we should give them special attention as we should do for children also...TD
