PC, this comment is somewhat confusing:

I've been a shareholder for about 9 years. It is about time this company pursued a viable business

Near as I can determine, the company just popped up on the pinks in July...at the same time the endorsements were announced. It doesn't seem to trade....at all. How is it that you have held shares for nine years? More to the point, why would you want to? Do you invest in shells, hoping for them to stumble into viability?

GYM has had some periods of impressive growth, but I never found Mr. Caldwell's name in any of the filings, nor did it appear that the "PortaPit" division was pivotal in its success. Did he do anything else there?

Also, do you have any info as to compensations paid out for the Olympians' endorsements of this new venture? I've tried to look at the ESXS site, but I get a great deal of "HTTP/1.0 404 Object Not Found" returns.

I'm not being too critical, I don't believe...just happened to be up late tonight, and got to thinking about the holes in the "ESXS Story" to this point.

TIA for any enlightenment.
