Thanks for the post. While not an expert on financial reports, I find this one very disappointing. The data is presented in a way that makes analysis almost impossible. Consider the meaning of the $29,101 increase in revenue for the three months ending 12/31/96. Assume it was all generated by new doctors using the PrimeCare System. Each doctor by their own hype generates $750/month and so $2250 for those three months. So just 13 new doctors could have generated the entire revenue increase. Since MIS may have contributed to the revenue increase it is possible that FEWER than 13 new doctors are using the system.

It would seem that the financials of OCGT have not materially changed with all this push.on PrimeCare. The sales figures show very clearly that MIS generates 90%, PSI only 10% of the revenue. Is PSI to be considered a failure? Or will one more quarter show improvement for PSI? Will their new approach to CIG materially alter the financials of this company?

After this report do you think that insider registration of shares for sale was based on the expectation that the financials of this company would dramatically improve?

The recent modest stock rise to 1.0625 may have been in anticipation of this report. My crystal ball does not reveal anything to propel this stock upward.
