I would assume it is not quite as straight forward:

You had to know the distribution between fixed and variable costs, i.e. how do the costs scale with increased production. That is something AIPR - hopefully - knows itself. However, there is no need to make this info public. So it might be that at $ 10 Mio they only have $5 mio of costs.
