Efficient Market Valuation and More...

Finally!

It appears as though the market is finally starting to realize the potential locked up in Immucor. IMHO - Many analysts and sideline investors were waiting for the SEC-10K prior to making any investment decision.

That filing is jam packed with some great stuff!

The only real outstanding issue is the MTS Lawsuit filed back in 1998 against Gamma which transferred to Immucor after the acquisition of Gamma. What a bogus move by MTS and Ortho as it is crystal clear that ReACT and their product utilize very different methods to arrive at similar results. Looks as if Immucor has some real sharp legal counsel. They have won a majority, if not all, of their court battles as stated in the 10K. Hey, speaking of Gamma, did everyone notice that ReAct is scheduled to be launched overseas and be automated on an existing Immucor platform this fiscal year?

All these positives and not one mention by analysts, details are contained in the 10-K, of Immucor's soon to be announced launch of Ready-ID.com their e-Commerce web site that will offer an antibody identification service, on site training via the internet and lab reference services. Does JNJ, ABT or Bayer offer this? I don't think so! The margins realized from this initiative could be huge and add significantly to the bottom line!

Best O'Luck,

Tom
