Eric, This sandbagging talk is ridiculous The speed distribution from manufacturing is very strongly biased by the current manufacturing goals. If the goal is to get maximum yield, MHz will be depressed. If the goal is to get maximum MHz, yields will be depressed. It may well be possible to produce an upward shifted MHz distribution, at the expense of overall yield. Scumbria
