Steve, Obviously, I should have read this posting first -- and the one I submitted to which you refer. An oversight. No, I don't have much of the info you requested. The limited disclosures are deliberate, no doubt and I think it will stay like this for a while. Layoffs are over (40 out of 140 in all), but employee morale seems good. The company offers a nice working environment and the dynamics are very positive among the remaining staff. Todd Oseth met with everyone individually and, while they don't know him well enough to establish an informed opinion, they trust the founders to keep things in check. (At least as far as I can tell.) I still don't know what the products are, but have info on the kinds of products they want to develop within the next two years -- can't go into that just now... it's still confidential. As to their PR, I know the firm. What you wrote about this was of great interest to me, though I expect this is why Bob Rosenschein wanted to retain my firm before Todd Oseth came into the picture.
