Bill, I went to the site, put in Orex, but couldn't find the section you are talking about. Please tell me what section to go to. 144 is "insider" sale of restricted (unregistered) stock. I found 3 144's on 3/20, 2 on 3/6, and 2 on 2/7/97. But I couldn't get info on them, only that they were filed. On 2/14/97 Honeycutt filed a "GA" , to exercise options to acquire 40,000 sh in 3 equal annual installments beginning 1/15/97. I'm not familiar with this info, I found it on quote.com, I have a 30 day free trial.
