Here is a Dow Jones article about International Fibercom and the expected growth and manpower issues - IFCI now doing buildouts for AT&T in Denver, San Fran, and probably Texas. post.messages.yahoo.com post.messages.yahoo.com They claim to be bringing in 300 to 500 Brazilians to help solve some of the manpower problems - but not sure how many will be going back to Brazil to do work for AT&Ts newly purchased system down there.
