A good resource for various DSL issues is dslreports.com.

Among many other things, they feature a listing of DSL stocks.

Another category that might be added to the list is DSLAM vendors (that's the equipment in the CO):

The major one is the French Alcatel (NYSE:ALA, sort of) which signed an agreement with most of the RBOCs to supply their equipment. It's used by BEL,SBC,BLS,AIT. Several different vendors make customer equipment that will interface with Alcatel DSLAMs.

USW and Cincinnati Bell both use Cisco DSLAMS. Only Cisco routers can be used as customer equipment with USW. I believe the same is true with CSN, but I'm not certain.

Copper Mountain seems to be the most popular DSLAM among the data CLECs, but Covad uses a multiple vendors.
