I'm sorry...

First off, ok, let's ban nukes. Fine. Hey, Guess what? All those other countries out there aren't going along with us, those naughty dissenters. Now what will we do?

Second: Hey, I love the world and all its many wonders, and it is truly a grand design the way our ecosystem works, but what are all these great cures you seem to KNOW exist? Ever hear of ebola? Hmmm... I wonder what is more predominent in the rainforest, cures or ills?
Third, Y2K... I've seen what it does to computers, I've also seen how easily it is corrected. Those who don't get it fixed on time are morons.
It's very possible that the government will have problems, seeing as what a big bureaucracy they've become, but I still only see it as a temporary setback, if that. You can d/l BIOS patches and updated software packages that are Y2K compliant for your home or business pc. The real problem isn't your concern and it isn't the end of the world, the big businesses are on top of it, I'm sure, the gov't, well, even if they aren't, I don't see rampant starvation, freezing in the night, etc etc etc...

Stop worrying about so much or you probably won't live long enough to realize your fears.
