It took you until today to come to that conclusion? People say there is no inflation, but they're wrong. The valley is just the tip of the iceberg. Houses that would sell for 45k or less are routinely sold for 1 million or more. This area's economy is driven 100% by stock options. Either you're making money with options, or you're working in the service industry trying to sell a product or service to someone who has money from options. When the market cracks, this place is going to experience a DEPRESSION. You can't have housing prices like this for long. --------------------------- Today I have come to the conclusion that Beverly Hills real estate is cheaper than the bay area. And if you don't mind really slumming to save a buck, theres Bel Air.
