Eric, I somehow skipped over your post # 313, earlier today.
The Cook article that you cited was one that focused on some of the other players, not ABOV specifically. It neither focused on ABOV, nor was it the interview article that I was referring you to.

You will find that this article is quite a bit different from the one you cited, and you will also find many of the precepts I previously listed therein, as well.
Having said that, the abstract does not even begin to cover many of the finer points concerning their network architecture and adminstrative practices that can only be found in the much longer interview, itself.
