Lots of horror designs being built, Neo. Almost all builders and a surprising number of architects strike out completely when it comes to understanding proportion. Our house size at "minimum" allowed in community. Should be put to good use though as company almost a constant -- seems like there's always a kind of familiar voice in the kitchen in the morning yelling, "Hey, where's the coffee filters," or something. ***** Looks like I caught up with where I came in hours ago. I see msgs to me but they'll have to wait till the morning. Books to read, kids to talk with, clients to call (great time to reach CA people). Guten Abend
