They certainly will be. The first 3G networks in Europe will I suspect be UMTS (evolved GSM with a W-CDMA air interface). You may call that a CDMA network. I do not.

If Qualcomm gets the usual royalty then it is a CDMA network, in my book! And if it has a W-CDMA air interface, then the Q gets the royalty! Why is that not a CDMA network in your book?
