Yes. The worst ones are the operations that hire kids to use "scare lines" - lines with weights on the ends - to bash the reefs and scare the fish out into nets. If the net snags on the reef, the kids have to dive down and untangle them. If the kid gets caught in the net, he drowns. They use kids because it's cheaper to feed them and they can fit more of 'em on the boat. Illegal, but they do it anyway.

I see things like that and I start sympathizing with the eco-terrorists. Limpet mines under the engines while he boats are in port would go a long way toward slowing the whole thing down.
