The annual meeting was announced, September 28 at 9:30 am at the Brea location as usual. There was an SEC filing about it. I also had a chance to check on Norton Herrick who owns a combinatiion of shares and warrants to a total of 700k shares or so--there is a website www.nhfinearts.com (nh=Norton Herrick). I have no idea what the connection is to beer and pizza-) At the meeting they need to repick all 8 members of Board of Directors. Probably will receive proxies by mail soon. Unless my schedule changes it is not looking like I will attend the annual meeting but I do plan to be at the Valencia opening when that occurs.
