Dr. M, I agree, btw, the reverse split would be 1 for 50 (not 50 for 1). I am tired and didn't read real$'s s-8 n depth, but it does look like they issued 500k shares with a price limit of 5.5 or something like that. Is that true? I will read more tomorrow. have a good night. brian
