Nominal market sentiment is bearish, but my assessment is that it is complacent. Hell, I don't feel bearish, do you? This market has no gut feeling to it. You could only call it a charade. There are no apparent negatives and the popinjay's will tell you that there's just enough bad news for the market to climb a wall of worry. The problem with that view is that no one knows what news is bad because there is no news.
