Scabious Glutemus Minimus,

<<If it were an an diagonal, then the move down from July 19th would be a wave 5 or a wave C....is this your contention?>>

You are correct Sir. Waveous C ous.

Primary wave 1 off the 10/98 Lows ended 4/13. Since then, we've been in a Primary Wave 2 correction

Here's what the wave 2 corrective count looks like from the 4/13 highs:

To the 4/20 low - a of A
To the 5/13 high- b of A
To the 6/11 low - c of A
To the 6/22 high- a of B
To the 6/24 low - b of B
To the 7/19 high- c of B
To the 7/26 low - a of 1 of C
To the 7/28 high- b of 1 of C
To the 8/10 low - c of 1 of C
To the 8/16 high- a of 2 of C
To the 8/19 low - b of 2 of C
To the 8/25 high- c of 2 of C
To the 8/31 low - a of 3 of C
To the 9/ 7 high- b of 3 of C

This ending diagonal count explains why that 8/25 high broke above the 7/26 low, overlapping like a big dog.

The down scenario is firmly in place, with selling to begin early to mid week. We DO need to see 1365SPX hold within a couple points, and a nice downer on Tuesday by the close would be good confirmation too, as I show a 26 day cycle high due recommending a sell of the high of the day for a profitable trade. These usually produce alot of weakness by the close on the day they occur.

Spuirt and Spurt!!
