Added Manitoba Info: On the New Announced Drills with close to 300 feet of Limestones: This week past when I had called BM President Doug Rowe he said that the incentatives he will just describe as like a shared payroll thing of a Manitoda Provincial Crew that BM had to pay, yet they got the full advantage of all the equipment and supply logistics, so that the overall cost is so much more favorable. Just now I found this links on my own, so it expains the whole process, I have no idea which specifically apply. But to have the Government Specialists do this work in such a great drill program as is done in Manitoba on BM Permits - this is great team-work!
