Richard, and no indication that people are making any effort to debug the problem using trace route ping plotter etc. My qcharts works well everyday. I did have some brief outages thursday but other than that has run flawlessy for about a month since my last problem. people love to bitch but have no idea where the problem lies. I wish they would just leave or learn how to use their computers more effectively... Sean
