Some time ago there was someone that posted a list of geographical areas and cities from which bogus, or shady, companies had more of a tendency to originate from, that offered stocks, IPOs and ventured programs to unaware individuals seeking fast returns on their money. Can you tell me if there is a site that discuss such matters?Thanking you in advance.... Tom Barnes
