Samsung to Release 128/144M DR DRAM Next Month -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1999/08/30(Mon) 19:21 Samsung Electronics decided to start the mass production of 128M/144M direct rambus DRAM(DR DRAM) next month. The chipmaker plans to release 1.5 million units monthly in the last quarter of the year and extend the monthly production capacity to 3 million units by March, 2000. Samsung revealed it had already secured major PC makers as its customers.
