The part regarding the tragic personal financial position of Mike Sylver and his wife I hope will not be joked about.

No, but it does need to be discussed. There are a few things Mikey fails to mention.

1. His wife has a job.

2. He owns preferred AZNT stock that's the equivalent of 10 million shares of common. He could have sold some common at any time before last November. Since he has control of the company, he could reconvert some to common and sell it. I don't think the welfare people are gonna buy his argument that he "has no intention of selling".

3. He has a long history of non-payment of bills. You've seen the list. Apparently he had these kinds of problems even when he ran the air-conditioning company, which by all accounts was quite successful.

And one point more directly related to AZNT. In the affidavit he says that the company leases all its equipment. In the recent filings the company claims to have $80K worth of computer equipment. Which is the truth?

And yes, he used to drive a leased Jag, at least.
