So far, Lang30, TomC, DetroitBoy, JaniceShell and Sublime was sent the following request but have not responded to the
questions:
Honorable people don't mind scrutiny, so I'm sure you don't mind affirming your good intentions on this board. I own stock in
this company, and it appears that there may be an organized effort to adversely effect this company and to drive the stock
price down, thereby inflicting injury to a lot of people, including myself (some have already suffered greatly). Therefore, to keep
everything in the proper prospective (and on the record), it seems to me that all honorable posters would want others to know
that they are NOT part of any organized (or individual) effort to attack OR "hype" this company. So, please copy and paste the
following questions with your answers on your next post so everyone monitoring and/or posting on this thread will have no
doubts. Please be advised that I have NOT been asked to do this and you do NOT have to respond to my questions. However,
failure to do so could indicate to some your concern for possible punitive action. Anyway, here's the questions:
1. Do you actually own HITT stock?
2. If no, have you ever owned any HITT stock?
3. If you do actually own HITT stock, is your position "long" or "short"?
4. If you do NOT actually own HITT stock, do you have any financial interest in either direction of HITT stock?
5. If you do NOT actually own HITT stock, are you compensated in any form by anyone (or entity) who is interested in either
direction of HITT stock?
