If his plight were indeed tragic, sure. But it is not. He continues to have very substantial assets.

It is simply not credible when he claims poverty. He reminds me of Imelda Marcos, when she lived in exile in Hawaii, complaining of poverty. Like her, he deserves to be held to ridicule.

His 17 M shares of common stock that were subsumed into his preferred shares are worth over $20 M based on the present market cap.

The poor, poor man. So worried he is, about going on welfare, while owning $20 M of assets.
