It's been filed but nothing has been issued! And the stock will be issued only time to time for various Corporate Reasons. Also those 144 legends won't be lifted as the transfer agent will not lifted any legends until all financial filings are brought up to date! The stock has already been pre-sold out of Canada and could be bought back in any day! <eom>
