I have used it in the past and it is very flexible. The major problem is that it doesn't get updated 'till late in the evening. marketplayer.com For value, nothing can beat TC2000 IMO. $29.95 for EOD data that can be used in more powerful charting packages (MetaStock), flexible screen options, OK charting with intereesting proprietary indicators, clever market/stock commentary, and intraday downloads (20 minute delay though).
