I don't know the man personally, so I can't say whether or not Dolgoff is a "punk". In either case, there is no point getting personal. The only issue to be concerned with is the status of the suit, which is still up in the air. Of greater short term importance is the fact that PJTV has shipped their first product. Now we can see if the retailers can sell it. One of the stores is in NYC, so I'll go over and see how the salesman sells me. I'll post comments.
