Here's an interesting development I ran across while going over the 1.2 hits:
On June 8, 1999, Chock Full O'Nuts Corporation (NYSE: CHF) and Sara Lee Corporation (NYSE: SLE) announced that they had entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger wherein Chock Full O'Nuts will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sara Lee.

There's gotta be a joke in there somewhere. >>gg<<
