I haven't followed this for well over a year although I still have 100 shares left. What was the news release?

The problem that I had with the company was that they would go into a hole every time they had any difficulty instead of facing the facts with their stockholders.

Also, although they had good customers, all installations appeared to require extensive customization in order for it to be installed. When done for a fixed price, a severe negative earnings earnings is encountered when you miss your dates. The British tax contract was a great example. They missed dates and they had to keep staff on for months after the original estimated delivery date; all for little or no additional revenues. Maybe things have changed.
