My friend Dave: My guess is that these were shares they just happened to own. The caymen island boys are Zit's largest shareholders. They are the ones who own the floorless convertible on Zit's $1 stock. Still got $2 Mil. in bonds to convert into stock. sure is a nice Q day Michael
