I highly doubt they will announce the terms on Tuesday.. They just came out on Friday/noon saying the talks are 'ongoing' and were rather vaque about a time frame. That would be too soon..even for these clowns! The yahoo posters are clueless. Look at the news releases over the last 2 months on the stock and you will see its not difficult to say 'news coming this week' given that they release news every 2 days for Chrissake.
