Jim, For the moment, I will have to agree that it is good news. I am very concerned though that the money gained by the Smiths from the illegal sale of stock is by this time somewhere offshore. This of course is pure speculation on my part, but it is a scenario that cannot be ignored given the circumstances and the players involved. I wish Billy nothing but the best and hope for the sake of many that he can pull this off and turn some shit into sugar. What a story this has been. Life is truly stranger than fiction. Who would have ever thought that a bunch of internet connected investors would end up controlling a company such as this?(that is assuming there is something there to own of course). Strange indeed. So what is the fate of the various Smiths?
