Do you oppose legalization of RU486? I may be way off on this but I was under the impression RU486 was legal, and approved by the FDA but that no drug company in the US was willing to distribute the product for what I thought was primarily PR reasons, threats from misc. religious orgs etc. Edit - heres something I found, RU-486 received an approvable letter from the FDA but it still requires approval of a manufacturer and final approval for the labeling of RU-486, now know now as mifepristone. abcnews.go.com Approval of a manufacturer? I'm not sure what that means. Denying safe drugs to a society that needs and wants them is really barbaric, imo.
