Larry, Thanks for your input. I agree that wallstreet hates uncertainty and that is why it bothers me to no end that BOTH Disney and Seek have not clarified the value in this deal. To me it is also hurting Disney's stock. Since no one knows what Disney has committed to (financially), they don't know how much debt Dis has incurred. If Seek is a lead weight and flounders, Dis will be hurt like MO is with all these lawsuits by the States. You should be wishing the same as us Seek holders because I have to believe the uncertainty is hurting your stock. What will Disney benefit from this purchase? How much did Disney pay? How will the purchase affect the bottom line? These unanswered questions have to limit Disney stock price. As far as taking my loses, I am hesitant to do so UNTIL I know what deal was struck. Compared to other internets, Seek is not properly valued right now. I have to think that in the next 10Q or earnings reports, we will find out. BTW, when does Disney report?
