Sorry about that. I was speaking of the 144: SARATOGA SHAREHOLDER FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES WASHINGTON, DC, Sep. 03, 1999 (States via COMTEX) -- Richard Donaldson, shareholder, Saratoga International Holdings Corp. in Kirkland, Wash., reported on Aug. 30, 1999, the proposed sale of 50,000 shares, through Thompson Kernaghan. I was talking about the insider (Richard Donaldson). I have no idea why he filed. I really like the stock and am comfortable it right now. I've been in and out of it for a while. I daytraded/short term traded it when it was WOTD. I did some more DD after the name change and I like it long term now so I got back in about 6 weeks or so ago. Hopefully it'll all pan out. John
