It's called "undo" and is it's been off the edit menu since 2.0.

Clever, but no, thats not it. Its on the lower panel of the window "OVR". You can apply this to unique text in the page, etc. This is something I don't want to bother with, along with REC TRK EXT and WPH. I don't like "clippit", that annoying paperclip thing, and spending the time to figure out how to turn it off is not worth the time of an engineering dept that just wants a way to jot down memos and interoffice notes. We've got a new copy where some feature is enabled that does a spell-check on every word and if it doesn't locate it, it gets highlighted. OK, except in a technical dept every other word is an acronym - why is this enabled anyway? Sure I could spend a few hours to make this work right but I don't want to.

My point is not that everybody will dump word but there is a market for a simple office product.
