Tech,
Dr. Ash works for Hemocleanse Inc. of West Lafayette,In.. He is one
of the developers of the Hemocleanse device. Hemocleanse inc. of W.
Lafayette,In. has awarded Bico sole distribution rights for the
Hemocleanse device in exchange for Bicos' willingness to fund the
FDA approval process. Bico and hemocleanse have a long standing
relationship. At one time hemocleanse had discussed the idea of going
public but opted to continue their relationship with Bico. All this
was revealed in Bicos Q,and K forms filed in edgar. I do have a call
in to hemocleanse here to determine if I have the distribution
agreement straight. I'll let you know as soon as I know.
