Hi, John: Who is the President of SHCC? That's a lot of Stock IMO.

There must be a meeting that was missed ie. AGM, or special as the past President was listed as Mr Jack Iles back on 8/17/99 when he filed to sell 300,000 shares of 144 issued stock.

A Mr John P. Thornton Filed the day of 8/16/99 to sell 300,000 shares of 144 issued stock.

Now the newly listed President Mr. Richard Donaldson files to sell
50,000 shares of 144 stock.

That seems to be a lot in a short time for insiders to be selling 650,000 shares. What's up ? I was thinking they were going to build this business up a little pre any rewards would be cashed in. Have you found anything in your DD. to support anything past a new car as you said. It would seem that someone may be able to buy a few new car's with this kind of selling.

Well it's going to be a little more time for me to keep the eye open as I'm not quite ready to jump on with this first round of 144 selling. Do you know the current o/s and float with SHCC, and the total of 144 that could be sold by insiders? I need to see what is going to happen and that's just MHO, on the news.
