tippet I hope he goes free. he is a small fish IMHO.

In 1996, I knew of substantial bank fraud with one of the big banks on the East Coast, were I was told it was a "deal between us Italians" and except collecting evidence the DA and FBI did nothing at the end. But I spend endless hours to collect evidence for them and testify.

At the begining they were all excited until they sudden disengaged and from what I know they have done nothing with all the evidence in their hands.

The FDIC ended up holding the bag for many thens of millions of similar transactions or agreements.

As of now, investors have paper losses of several $$ billion because what I discovered was not an isolated incident.
