Without comment on release speed, except that the first digit will be a seven (Barrett quote at IDF), I will say that the original delay galvanized a lot of activity, and this yielded some coherent results on the upside. I will say we are very very happy with the speed that Coppermine is going to be released at.

<600 is their latest in the P-III, or will they introduce a faster P-III between t=now and then?>

There is no need to do this. I am extremely confident that 600 is the top speed bin you will see for .25 desktop products. .18 is in production in more than one fab, and precludes any need to extend .25 any farther.
