Express Scripts won, hands down.

PCS/Rite Aid had to PAY DSCM about $25M to get a big piece of DSCM. PlanetRx has to pay $11M per year to ESRX to take 19% of their crummy stock.

YourPharmacy.com adds no value to PlanetRx. So, PlanetRx is paying to give away their stock, while DSCM sold their stock to PCS/RiteAid, getting Rite Aid's purchasing power, and land-based pharmacies, and something like $25M in the process.

Am I missing something here, <Complex business deals are hard even for reporters to figure out> or are these reporters just stupid?
