In looking st section N on the 10kSEC report it seems there were a lot of people that placed thier money and confidence in GRNO to perform as they said they could. Obviously at the time they couldn't produce what they were claiming. Hence all the lawsuits. Although
many off these people claims have been addressed, i.e., listed as liabilities on financial statements, many are still waiting on thier money.

Example:

As an investor, the track record doesn't look very good. Obviously the company has mislead in the past. They obviously couldn't produce what they claimed then. What changed to make anyone think they can now.

Maybe I'm a little naive, but just found all this negative info on the 10K, with all the HYPE thats been spread here. I don't recall any of these negatives beeing brought up before. Maybe I just didn't do enough research.

Any thoughts???
